What are potential side effects of consuming organ meats?Updated a year ago

Most people tolerate organ meat supplements well but we've seen a few cases of GI discomfort. That's why we recommend starting out with half the regular serving size if you're new to consuming organ meat.

If you have an existing medical condition that prevents your body from metabolizing or clearing certain vitamins or minerals (e.g., Wilson's disease), talk to your doctor before consuming organ meats (or any other vitamin supplements).
