I ordered on Amazon and some of the items arrived damaged. What can I do?Updated a month ago
While Amazon doesn't accept returns of dietary supplements, you can file a claim and receive a replacement if your order arrived damaged:
- Log in to your Amazon account and navigate to your order history.
- Locate the order in question.
- Click on the Get Product Support button next to your order.
If that option isn't available, hover over your account in the menu bar at the top (Hello YOURNAME, Account & Lists) and select Customer Service from the dropdown menu:
- Select the product you need help with.
- Choose "Damaged or defective Item."
