Rewards Program

Our rewards program allows customers to earn points for every dollar spent, along with bonuses for referrals and special promotions. Redeem your points for a voucher that can be applied during checkout.

Who can join?

Anyone with an MK Supplements account can join the rewards program.

How do I earn points?

Members earn 4 points for every dollar spent online. You can also earn points by signing up for the newsletter, following MK Supplements on social media, and referring friends.

How do I view my point balance?

To view your rewards and point balance, log into your MK Supplements account or navigate to the “Rewards” icon on the lower right of our shop and log into the rewards center.

How do I use my points?

To redeem points, go to the “Redeem Points” tab. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for a voucher which you can apply during checkout.

Can I use my points during checkout?

Not directly — please redeem your points for a voucher, which can be applied during checkout.

Can I use my rewards with a separate discount code?

Rewards apply to your order as a discount code, so you won’t be able to use your rewards in conjunction with a discount code (our system only allows one discount code per order).

Can I use multiple rewards on the same purchase?

Rewards apply to your order as a discount code. You won’t be able to use multiple rewards towards the same order, as our system only allows one discount code per order.

How long does it take to receive my points?

Your points are allocated to your account in a pending status immediately. The points will be approved within 24 hours.

How do I get to the next tier?

Our tiers are broken into two categories based on annual spending: Silver Tier from $0-$999 and Gold Tier for $1000+.

What do the ‘approved’, ‘pending', and ‘cancelled’ statuses mean?

Approved points can be redeemed immediately. Pending points need to be verified, which typically takes about 24 hours. Cancelled points will not be added to your account.

I completed an activity but didn’t earn points!

Processing your activity and providing points can take a few minutes. If you don’t see points you think you’ve earned, please contact us.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We’ll unenroll you, but you will lose any accrued points.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we’ll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero if we unenrolled you from the program.

Do rewards ever expire?

No, rewards never expire. However, we reserve the right to end the program at any time.

Is there a limit on how many rewards I can earn per order?

No, there is no limit on how many rewards you can earn per order or transaction.
